TripEarn ("the App", "we") is a hotel search and booking interface operated by an independent developer as a personal project. TripEarn is not a hotel, travel agency, or tour operator: it is a technology platform that gives you access to hotel inventory and booking services provided by third parties.

All hotel content, rates, availability, bookings and payments on TripEarn are provided through LiteAPI, a service owned and operated by Nuitée Travel Limited, a company registered in Ireland (4 Waterloo Rd, Ballsbridge, Dublin, D04 A0X3, Ireland), and by the hotels themselves.

When you pay for a booking, the payment is processed through LiteAPI's payment system — Nuitée acts as the merchant of record. TripEarn never receives, holds or processes the money you pay for your stay.

Your booking contract is between you, Nuitée and the hotel, and is subject to Nuitée's Terms of Service and the rate conditions (including cancellation policy) shown before you confirm the booking.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripEarn is not responsible for: hotel availability, quality, or services; booking errors originating from the hotel or the booking provider; cancellations, modifications, no-shows, overbookings, or refunds. Refunds for cancelled bookings are issued by the booking provider to your original payment method according to the rate's cancellation policy. For any issue with your stay or refund, the responsible parties are the hotel and the booking provider; we will help you reach them where we can, but we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

TripEarn is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App.

TripEarn offers a promotional cashback ("Reward") paid in Worldcoin (WLD) on eligible completed stays. The Reward is a voluntary promotion, not a price discount and not part of your booking contract. How it works:

(a) When your booking is confirmed, the Reward appears in the App as pending (red), recorded on the WorldChain blockchain. (b) After your stay begins, you must verify your check-in with World ID. (c) The Reward is paid to your WorldChain wallet only after the booking provider confirms the completed stay and settles the related commission with TripEarn. The provider confirms bookings at guest checkout and settles weekly; payouts therefore typically occur within 30 days of checkout. (d) When paid, the status turns green with a link to the on-chain transaction, which you can verify independently.

The Reward lapses if: the booking is cancelled or refunded, you do not show up, the check-in is not verified with World ID, or the commission for the booking is not paid to TripEarn by the booking provider. One Reward per booking, per verified person.

The Reward amount is calculated in WLD at verification time, based on the booking value and the current WLD market price. WLD is a cryptocurrency: its value can go down as well as up, and we make no guarantee about its present or future value. Nothing in the App is financial advice. You are responsible for your own wallet, World ID, and for any tax obligations arising from receiving cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.

You must provide accurate guest details, use the App lawfully, and not attempt to claim rewards fraudulently (e.g. fake bookings or multiple identities). World ID verification exists to ensure one real person per reward. We may withhold rewards obtained through fraud or abuse.

We may update these Terms at any time; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Bookings remain subject to Nuitée's terms (Irish/EU law).
